Spicy Pickled Dilly Beans
Make your brine, combine vinegar, water, and pickling salt in a pot. Bring to boil. Maintain a simmer while preparing your jars.
Boil your jars, lids, and rings in a pot of water. If you don’t have the stove top space or an extra pot, you can run them through your dishwasher or wash them by hand in hot water.
Add spices to the bottom of your jars.
Pack jars with green peppers, hot peppers, and green beans. Slide fresh dill springs into jars. Pack your jars as full as you can, while maintaining at least 1/4 inch of head space at the top.
Using a funnel, ladle the brine into each jar. Wipe the rim of each jar and place the lid on top. Twist on the rings, but not too tight!
Lower your jars into a pot of boiling water. Make sure all the jars are covered.
Set your timer for ten minutes. At the end of the ten minutes, remove your jars from the water and place onto a towel. Once the jars, have cooled, Store them in a cool and dark place and allow them to process for at least three days before you dig in!
