Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Chop bacon into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. Add to a cold skillet and then turn heat to medium. Cook bacon until half of fat has been rendered (eyeball it), then drain fat and return bacon to pan. Continue cooking bacon until crispy.
  3. Remove skillet from heat.
  4. In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs, milk, and spices until thoroughly combined. Pour egg mixture over cooked bacon.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the bacon and eggs.
  6. Move skillet to top rack of the oven. (This will prevent the eggs from burning on the bottom of the skillet.)
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The eggs will puff up when done.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for at least five minutes before slicing into eight even pieces
